في شتاء عام 1903، تهرب مجموعة من الشخصيات التي ابتكرها الرسام المبدع جاسيك مالتشيفسكي من اللوحة. حيث يحل كل من فونس وشيمراس وفودنيكس وآندينز، وغيرها من الشخصيات الرائعة التي تم إحيائها بواسطة فرشاة الرسام الشهير، إلى الأراضي الرطبة في بولندا المعاصرة ، إلى مكان يُعرف باسم مزاري. وهو ما يحتم على سكان مزاري التحضير لهذه الزيارة غير المتوقعة لهؤلاء الأجانب. فهل سيساعد سكان الأراضي الرطبة الشباب المنشقين على إنشاء جمهورية الأطفال التي كانوا يحلمون بها؟
In the winter of 1903 a bunch of figures created by the master painter Jacek Malczewski escape the canvas. Fauns, chimeras, vodniks, undines, and other fantastic creatures brought to life by a paintbrush of the famed artist are transported to wetlands in contemporary Poland, to a place known as Mszary. The natives of Mszary must manage the unexpected visit of outsiders on their territory. Will the residents of wetlands help the young dissidents create the Republic of Children they’ve been dreaming of?
À l’hiver 1903, un groupe de personnages créés par le maître peintre Jacek Malczewski s’échappent de la toile. Faunes, chimères, vodniks, ondines et autres créatures fantastiques animées par un pinceau du célèbre artiste sont transportées dans les zones humides de la Pologne contemporaine, dans un lieu connu sous le nom de Mszary. Les natifs de Mszary doivent gérer la visite inopinée d’étrangers sur leur territoire. Les habitants des zones humides aideront-ils les jeunes dissidents à créer la République des Enfants dont ils rêvaient ?
