با كونغ كونغ هو رجل غامض يحمل حقيبة غريبة على ظهره، ولا أحد يعرف ما بداخلها. ترد شائعات بأنه يعذب اللصوص الصغار، والمراهقين الهاربين، والأطفال المشاغبين. يعيش وحده في نتي مبار، وهو سوق مهجور ومظلم في ضواحي داكار، حيث يتربص كلب مرعب شبيه بالوحش في الليل. تقرر بنتا، الفتاة الفضولية والشجاعة، مواجهة با كونغ كونغ في منتصف الليل. تشعر بالخوف، لكنها مصممة على إثبات أن أصدقائها كانوا مخطئين عندما لم يختاروا فتاة كقائدة لهم. اتفقوا أنه إذا نجحت، ستصبح قائدة عصابتهم الصغيرة

Pa Kong-Kong est un homme mystérieux qui porte un étrange sac sur le dos, et personne ne sait ce qu’il y a à l’intérieur. On raconte qu’il torture les petits voleurs, les fugitifs et les enfants malins. Il vit seul dans Ñetty Mbar, un marché désert et lugubre en banlieue de Dakar où, la nuit, un chien terrifiant semblable à un monstre rôde. Binta, une fille curieuse et courageuse, décide de confronter Pa Kong-Kong au milieu de la nuit. Elle a peur, mais elle est déterminée à prouver que ses amis avaient tort de ne pas choisir une fille comme leur leader. Ils conviennent que si elle réussit, elle deviendra la chef de leur petite bande.

Pa Kong-Kong is a mysterious man who carries a strange bag on his back, and no one knows what’s inside. Ru- mour has it he tortures little thieves, runaways and naughty children. He lives alone in Ñetty Mbar, a deserted, gloomy market in the suburbs of Dakar where, at night, a terrifying monster-like dog lurks. Binta, a curious and courageous girl, decides to confront Pa Kong-Kong in the middle of the night. She’s scared, but determined to prove that her friends were wrong to not pick a girl as their leader. They agree that if she succeeds, she’ll become the leader of their little gang.
