Synopsis
Armony, un chauffeur routier de 55 ans ne se sent vraiment bien que dans la solitude. Après la disparition de sa sœur, il est contraint de s’occuper de sa nièce Carlotta, six ans, avec sa famille de cœur : Pamela, une femme transgenre plus âgée, et Jenny, sa jeune voisine enceinte. Leur bonheur fragile est menacé lorsque les services sociaux veulent retirer Carlotta à leur enfant, obligeant Armony à entreprendre un long et difficile combat pour obtenir sa garde légale.
Synopsis
Armony, a 55-year-old truck driver, feels truly at ease only when he is alone. After the death of his sister, he is forced to take care of his six-year-old niece, Carlotta, together with his chosen family: Pamela, an older transgender woman, and Jenny, his young pregnant neighbor.
Their fragile happiness is threatened when social services attempt to take Carlotta away from them, forcing Armony to embark on a long and difficult struggle to obtain legal custody of his niece.
