SYNOPSIS :
Time has come for young and handsome King Benjamin to marry.
He is captivated by Princess Carolina’s portrait, and disguised as a gardener, he infiltrates her castle to win her heart after she rejects him. He discovers her hidden kindness and uses music and flowers to charm her. When Carolina’s counselors arrange a marriage to a weak prince,
the couple escapes together, facing challenges that strengthen their bond. Despite the need to reveal his true identity, their love ultimately triumphs.

Radek Beran, born on June 2, 1968, in Písek, Czechoslovakia (now the Czech Republic), is a Czech director, screenwriter, actor, producer, and puppeteer. He is especially known for his work in theater and animated puppet films.
Career and major works:
Theater : While a student, Beran co-founded the independent theater company « Buchty a loutky » (Cakes and Puppets) in 1991. In this company, he works as an author, director, and actor, specializing in puppet theater.
Animation : In the mid-1990s, he moved into animated filmmaking, collaborating on the television project Gumáci.
Notable films :
He is the director and co-screenwriter of Maly pán (The Little Man), a 2015 puppet film.
He also directed and co-wrote Velký Pán (The Big Man) in 2024, a sequel to his earlier film.

Synopsis :
Le moment est venu pour le jeune et séduisant roi Benjamin de se marier. Séduit par le portrait de la princesse Carolina, il se déguise en jardinier et s’introduit dans son château après que celle-ci l’a rejeté. En découvrant sa bonté cachée, il tente de gagner son cœur grâce à la musique et aux fleurs. الملخص:
حان الوقت للملك الشاب الوسيم « بنجامين » ليتزوج. يفتتن بصورة الأميرة « كارولينا »، فيتنكر في هيئة بستاني ويتسلل إلى قصرها بعد أن رفضته. يكتشف طيبتها الخفية ويحاول كسب قلبها بالموسيقى والزهور. عندما يُرتب مستشاروها زواجها من أمير ضعيف، يهرب العاشقان معًا، ويواجهان تحديات تقوي علاقتهما. وفي النهاية، ورغم اضطراره لكشف هويته الحقيقية، ينتصر حبهما.
