Director Biography – Kacem Skalli
Kacem Skalli, a graduate of the École Supérieure des Arts Visuels (ESAV), Marrakech, gracefully navigates the nuances of cinema and the theatrical narratives that marked his childhood. Coming from an artistic lineage, he merges his family’s theatrical heritage with his innate passion for the seventh art. As a director and screenwriter, he has crafted a series of short films, both fictional and documentary, that have garnered official selections at numerous international and national festivals.

Kacem Skalli, diplômé de l’École Supérieure des Arts Visuels (ESAV) de Marrakech, navigue avec finesse entre les nuances du cinéma et les récits théâtraux qui ont marqué son enfance. Issu d’une lignée artistique, il fusionne l’héritage théâtral de sa famille avec sa passion innée pour le septième art. En tant que réalisateur et scénariste, il a créé une série de courts-métrages, fictionnels et documentaires, qui ont été sélectionnés officiellement dans de nombreux festivals nationaux et internationaux.
